Job Description:

As the Content Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the voice and messaging of A3Logics. You will manage a team of talented content writers, develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, and ensure that all content is aligned with our brand and business goals. Your efforts will drive engagement, enhance our online presence, and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers, ensuring high-quality output and continuous professional development.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across various platforms.
  • Write, edit, and proofread technical, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and web content.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand voice and tone across all content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports branding and promotional efforts.
  • Oversee the content on the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
  • Work closely with the web development team to implement content updates and improvements.
  • Drive the distribution of content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of content, using insights to refine and improve strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to support company branding efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT industry or with technology-related content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in content creation, with a focus on technical and SEO-optimized content.
  • Proven experience managing a team of content writers.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS will be a plus
